COACHING HELP
Colleague Steve Straus, a management coach, puts out a free weekly newsletter designed to be read in three minutes or
less. If you would like a weekly dose of thought-provoking ideas, send an email to mailto:majordomo@StrausUSA.com
and in the body of your email include the text subscribe 3-minute-l youremailaddress (that's an "el" not a "one").
PARTING THOUGHTS
My old high school buddy, Bill McGlamery, passed along two quotes that bear consideration. Over his computer, hangs a
little plaque that reads "Once you reach 40, your time and pleasures are more valuable than your money". In his office, he
has another plaque that reads "One of the first indications of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's
work is terribly important."
(Now that I think of it, ALL my high school buddies are old!)
