HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We'll get back into the normal EHC content next week. For now, please accept my thanks for being part of this wonderful industry, for putting up with my rants and ramblings and, hopefully, for continuing to look for ways to be a better host, a better boss, a better employee, a better mate, a better parent and a better person. I hope that EHC has contributed to your well-being in some small measure and I promise to keep stretching your thinking in 2001.

ROUNDTABLE UPDATE
The winter roundtables have been delayed a bit -- there just wasn't enough time to get out the promotional material in time to make January dates work. In any event, at this point we are looking at Denver on February 12-13, Orlando on February 19-20 and Columbus, OH on March 12-13. Austin, TX is still a possibility on March 19-20. EHC subscribers are eligible for a discount. Look for a short e-mail with more information in the next week.

COFFEE SURVEY
I couldn't let the year end without another appeal. If you are a foodservice operator and have not yet responded to the National Coffee Survey, please take a second to give us your thoughts. You can find the survey on my website (http://www.restaurantdoctor.com). When we get 1000 responses (we are close to 660 at the moment), we will draw for $2000 in cash prizes! That would definitely make for a happy new year!
