The Meneau Suite
Our one-bedroom suite is on the second floor of this 15th century stone house. Access is via the original stone spiral staircase in the tower. The living room/kitchen area is flooded with light and a very pleasant space. The only thing I would have liked to see added would be a working fireplace, but c'est la vie. The massive ceiling beams are original as is the floor. Behind the half-timbered wall is a king-sized bedroom and a toasty warm bath. The terrace off the bedroom seems like a lovely spot for a glass of wine on a warm spring day (but not so much in the winter!)
