December 7 - Dinner at Eyal's

Are these some good looking couples or what? Alex and Laura Murray are our hosts at Casa Manana. We can't thank them enough for bringing us to Eyal's because we certainly wouldn't have found it on our own. Then, of course, there are the Marvins ... enjoying life.

Since the group shot is obligatory, here we all are. The real stars of the evening, however, were Eyal Ben-Menachem, our chef and Koren, erstwhile hostess, waitress, bartender and all-around gentle spirit.

The big idea I took away from here was the idea of serving entrees more in a family style. Here is the presentation on the tropical salad and Eyal's amazing lasagna. We ordered two different appetizers, two different entrees and two different desserts and just divided them up among the group -- so much easier than trying to pass bites of this and that around.
