Where better to be on a warm spring night than on the water overlooking Sydney Harbor? Max took us to the Waterfront Restaurant, located under the awnings right in front of the brick buildings you see just beyond the boats. I suspect the outdoor seating area is significantly larger than the inside space of the restaurant . . . but where would YOU prefer to eat?

Meet the legendary Max Hitchins, The Hospitality Doctor. No, he is not asleep, just checking out the menu in between some of his marvelous stories. Tomorrow we finally get to see Max' famous Billy the Pigs Pub. On Wednesday, Max and I will be presenting a program for some of the leading restaurateurs and hoteliers in Sydney.
