Annick et Claude

We couldn't leave the Loire without introducing you to our hosts, Annick and Claude Foursac. They divide their time between Chisseaux and their flat in Paris where Claude is an electronic engineer with a German company (that just merged with a US company, so who knows anymore?) If you ever come to chateau country, you must stay with them. They are delightful people, they speak English far better than we speak French . . . and she is a wonderful cook!
