Amstel Hotel wine room Tom  Jerry

The first shot is of the private dining room in the red wine cellar at the Amstel Hotel. The other is of our hosts for the evening, Thomas Schmitt on the left and Jerry Bastiaan, Executive Sous Chef. I did not get a photo of John Vincke, the restaurant manager, but I couldn't leave him out. Thomas is leaning against the chef's table which has proven to be a very popular (and very pricey) addition to dining in La Rive.
