May 8 - Around Angers

The castle of Angers towers over the River Maine. The model shows the layout.

Between the outer wall and the inner wall, the gardens are still maintained. The shot in the middle is inside St. Michael's Cathedral at the top of the hill. The Adams house is a famous survivor of the medieval city.

A few shots around the old town. I thought the construction crane hovering above the houses on the left told a story in itself.
