May 11 - Dinner in Tremolat

Le Bistro d'en Face in Tremolat, a chef-driven restaurant with a warm country feel.

We both chose a main course of Magret de Canard, lean duck breast, in this case served with sauteed apples. Some duck fois gras for a starter, some local red wine and a bit of cheese for dessert and you have a simple yet memorable country meal.
