The daily diary of a wandering restaurateur
May 14 - Evening Diversions

We decided to return to Tremolat for our last dinner in the Dordogneown ... to the pizzeria! The reasoning was partially because we did not want as much food as we would get at the bistro and partially because Marie, half of the couple that owns the place, was so cordial to us on our last visit. Marie and her chef/husband Phillipe are the owners of Nulle Part Ailleurs Pizzeria. We didn't know the name of the place until we asked -- it is not on a sign or on the menu. Interesting. The restaurant is a new venture for them and I wish them well.

When we got back to the house, there was still a bit of sunlight left and the ends of several stale baguettes in the kitchen. Rather than throw them out, we went down to the river and fed the swans and ducks.
