The daily diary of a wandering restaurateur
February 17 - Tubingen and Boblingen

We haven't seen much sun on this trip, so its sudden appearance in Tubingen was a delightful surprise!

Most of the old town was closed to vehicle traffic. While the stores left no doubt that you were living in modern times, the architecture was definitely medieval.

Boblingen did not have an old town -- or at least we did not find it -- but we wanted at least a couple of photos for Margene's aunt who lived here when her husband was in the Army. These are for you, Janet!
