May 7 - Dining del Giorno
Lunch at Trattoria del Pescatore in Passignano sul Trasimeno. Don and Sharon Krump live immediately across the street from us in Gig Harbor.
For dinner, we headed to Ristorante Il Convento in Corciano, a favorite find from the last trip. The restaurant is situated in a convent that dates from the 1200's. St. Francis of Assisi actually visited here. They are doing some major remodeling on the upper floors which I believe is to create hotel rooms. The picture on the right is of the upper dining rooms taken on our last trip. Notice the frescoes.
