Hotel S.E.N. BBQ wings presentation, Hotel S.E.N.

A few kilometers outside of Prague, just before we hit the autobahn, we stumbled onto the 5-Star Hotel S.E.N. The initials stand for Steve's European Notion which is not further explained in the brochure. We were initially attracted by the architecture and decided we deserved a little more upscale meal. We could have hurt ourselves badly on their menu, but it was late in the afternoon so we opted to eat a little lighter. I was particularly impressed with their presentation. I ordered BBQ chicken, never expecting it would be wings . . . but look what they did with it!
