After the yesterday's heat, the cool morning air felt heavenly! Two days of heavy touring had taken their toll on our collective energy levels, so it was pretty much of a down day -- a chance to get caught up on laundry, wander around our little town a bit and generally get re-oriented.
The first stop of the day is always the boulangerie for fresh baguettes and croissants. (Very civilized!) Then make the coffee and eventually people wander into the kitchen to get their hearts beating again!
After that the task is usually to come up with a plan for the day. Today's was not to have a plan! So with that, I will bail out of lengthy dissertations and just let the pictures tell the tale.
Maybe we'll do something memorable tomorrow. Maybe just doing nothing in a place like this is memorable enough.
