This is why I started offering subscription programs. These month-to-month paid series allow ideas to be discussed and developed over time. They not only allow me to go into more depth than is possible in the weekly EHC e-letter, but offer subscribers the opportunity to contact me with questions.

The most basic of these Series is my Coaching Program, a monthly newsletter discussing various principles and approaches to common foodservice issues. Next comes the Management Insight Series, a monthly interview with people in the industry who are doing interesting things.

Finally, the Gold Group puts both of these first two resources together for restaurateurs. Pizza Insight is a Gold Group sort of program tailored specifically to the needs of pizza operators.
